Affiliate and Creator Program Terms

Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate application and payout information, and control or be authorised to use the channels listed in your application. AimeMi may approve, reject, pause or request verification of an application. Approval may be withdrawn for inactivity, risk, policy breach or brand-safety concerns.
You should genuinely use and understand the product before recommending it. Any free or discounted product, payment or commission relationship must be clearly disclosed to your audience.

Commission and monthly performance bonuses

Unless a separate written campaign agreement states otherwise, an approved Affiliate earns Rs 200 for every successfully delivered and verified order. In addition, the Affiliate may earn one monthly performance bonus based on the total number of verified orders completed in that calendar month

Only the single highest bonus achieved for that month is paid; bonuses are not added together. For example, an Affiliate with 50 verified orders earns Rs 10,000 commission plus one Rs 3,000 bonus, for a total of Rs 13,000. Monthly order counts reset on the first day of each calendar month. AimeMi may change rates prospectively with notice, but verified commission already earned will not be reduced retroactively.

What counts as a verified order

A commission becomes eligible only when all of the following are true:

The order is correctly attributed to your active referral link or creator code in AimeMi’s system.
The customer is genuine, the order is accepted and fully delivered, and payment is successfully collected.
The order is not cancelled, refused, duplicated, fraudulent, self-referred, returned, refunded or charged back.
The applicable 7-day return window has expired and any verification review is complete.

Attribution is based on AimeMi’s recorded tracking data. If a valid creator code is applied at checkout, that code takes priority over a previously clicked affiliate link. Where no code is used, the most recent valid affiliate link within 30 days receives attribution. Orders cannot normally be reassigned after checkout.

Customer offer

The public creator offer currently shown is MRP Rs 2,499, launch price Rs 1,999, creator discount Rs 200, customer price Rs 1,799 and free delivery. This offer is promotional, subject to stock and may be changed or ended prospectively. Creators must use the current price and approved wording shown by AimeMi and must remove expired offers promptly.

Payouts and adjustments

Verified commission is calculated after delivery and the return/verification period.
Commission, any achieved monthly bonus and any approved one-time product reimbursement are processed monthly by the 15th of the following month, subject to a minimum payable balance of Rs 2,000. Smaller balances roll forward.
Payouts are made to the verified bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash details supplied by the Affiliate. The Affiliate is responsible for accurate information and any personal tax obligations.
AimeMi may withhold, reverse or offset commission linked to returns, refunds, fraud, duplicate orders, chargebacks, policy violations, manipulation or payment errors and will provide the reason on request where reasonably possible.

One-time reimbursement after 25 verified sales

Before recommending AimeMi, the Affiliate must purchase and genuinely experience their first AimeMi product. After the Affiliate reaches 25 successfully delivered and verified customer orders, AimeMi will reimburse the total amount actually paid for that first AimeMi product order, including any delivery fee shown on its original invoice. This one-time reimbursement is paid in addition to the Affiliate’s commission and any applicable monthly bonus.

The Affiliate must provide the original AimeMi order number and the order must be in the Affiliate’s own verified name or approved account.
The Affiliate’s own purchase does not earn commission, does not count toward the 25 verified customer orders and must not be placed through their own referral link or code.
Only the amount actually paid on the original qualifying product order is reimbursed. Discounts have no cash value and unrelated products or add-ons are excluded.
The reimbursement is available once per approved Affiliate and is not repeated after each additional 25 sales.
A returned, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or previously reimbursed purchase is not eligible.

Content and disclosure rules

Be honest and base statements on genuine experience. Clearly disclose the commercial relationship using visible wording such as ‘Paid partnership’, ‘Affiliate’, ‘Ad’ or the platform’s disclosure tool.
Use only current AimeMi-approved product facts, prices and claims. Do not say the product cures, treats or prevents acne, melasma, pigmentation disorders or any disease; do not guarantee whitening, permanent fairness, instant results or a fixed result timeframe.
Do not use misleading before/after images, filters that materially alter skin results, fake reviews, spam, impersonation, bidding on AimeMi trademarks in search ads, unauthorised giveaways, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that is discriminatory, unlawful, sexually explicit, dangerous or harmful to the brand.
Do not provide medical advice. Encourage label directions, patch testing where appropriate, and professional advice for pregnancy, medical treatment, allergies or active skin conditions.
Comply with platform rules, advertising laws, consumer-protection requirements and intellectualproperty rights.

Content licence and paid boosting

You retain ownership of your original content. By tagging AimeMi, submitting content to the Program or giving AimeMi access, you grant AimeMi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, crop and format qualifying content on AimeMi-owned website, email and organic social channels, with reasonable credit where practical.

Paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, raw-file delivery, exclusivity, extended usage or use of your name/likeness outside an ordinary repost requires either your separate written approval, an opt-in recorded in the application, or a campaign agreement stating the channels and period. AimeMi may request removal of inaccurate or non-compliant content at any time.

Prohibited commission activity

Purchasing through your own link/code or arranging sham orders solely to earn commission or rewards.
Using another person’s identity, fake accounts, automated traffic, cookie stuffing, unauthorised coupon websites or misleading redirects.
Placing orders without customer consent, encouraging refusal after delivery, or splitting/duplicating orders to manipulate verified-order counts or monthly bonuses.
Publishing confidential campaign information or representing yourself as an employee or authorised spokesperson of AimeMi.

Suspension, termination and disputes

Either party may end participation at any time. AimeMi may suspend links/codes or terminate immediately for fraud, unsafe or false claims, non-disclosure, harassment, unlawful conduct or material breach. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable after verification; commission connected to prohibited activity is forfeited. Questions or attribution disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant monthly statement with supporting details. AimeMi will review its tracking and order records in good faith.

Confidentiality, changes and law

Non-public rates, launch plans, customer information, dashboards and campaign instructions must be kept confidential. AimeMi may change Program terms prospectively by posting or sending notice. Continued participation after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the link/code and request closure. These Terms are governed by Pakistan law, with jurisdiction in Lahore, Punjab, subject to mandatory law.
