Agreement and operator

These Terms govern use of aimemi.pk and purchases from Beaunex, trading as AimeMi. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products, skincare information and results

You must be legally capable of entering a contract or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Information provided at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may refuse, cancel or limit orders reasonably suspected of fraud, resale abuse, pricing error, stock unavailability, delivery risk or breach of these Terms. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Products, skincare information and results

AimeMi products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Website content is general information and does not replace advice from a dermatologist or other qualified professional. Individual results vary with skin type, routine, consistency and other factors; no specific result or timeframe is guaranteed.

Read the label and ingredient list before use and patch test when appropriate.
Use only as directed and avoid contact with eyes. Stop use if significant irritation occurs.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment, have a known allergy or an active skin condition, seek professional advice before use.
Product colour, packaging or appearance may vary slightly by screen, production batch or lawful packaging update without changing the ordered product’s essential identity.

Pricing, promotions and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees and may change before an order is accepted.
Promotions, launch prices, creator discounts, free delivery and gifts are subject to their displayed period, stock and conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch it. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before dispatch and will offer cancellation where the correction materially changes the order.
Cash on Delivery and other available payment methods are shown at checkout. Do not share an OTP, PIN or password with anyone claiming to represent AimeMi.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates, cancellation rights, the case-based 7-day return window, 48-hour damaged/wrongitem reporting period, hygiene exclusions and refund process are governed by our Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Reviews, messages and user content

If you submit a review, image, video, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, yours to share and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant AimeMi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content on AimeMi-owned website and social channels for brand and customer-service purposes. Paid advertising use of creator content is governed separately by the Affiliate Terms or a written creator agreement.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

AimeMi names, logos, packaging, website text, graphics, photography and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to AimeMi. You may not copy, scrape, impersonate, resell, misuse discount codes, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, make false claims, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Third-party services and availability

The website may rely on couriers, payment providers, hosting, analytics, social platforms and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimeMi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or misuse of a product contrary to its directions. Nothing excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable provincial consumer law. Courts and consumer forums of Lahore, Punjab will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes will not unfairly remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
