Our commitment

We ship across Pakistan. Major cities receive orders in 2-3 working days.
Other cities receive orders in 3-5 working days.

Shipping across Pakistan

  1. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and unexpected service disruptions. 
  2. Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days for major cities and 3-5 working days for other serviceable locations. Remote areas may take longer. 
  3. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control may occur. 
  4. Cash on Delivery is available in locations supported by our courier partner. 
  5. The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final applicable fee. Promotional free delivery applies only while the offer is shown on the website or checkout. 
  6. Tracking information is normally shared by SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Order confirmation and cancellation

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. We may contact you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order. An unconfirmed order may be held or cancelled to prevent fraudulent or undeliverable shipments.

  1. Before dispatch: request cancellation through WhatsApp. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier, cancellation is free. 
  2. After dispatch: we cannot guarantee cancellation. If delivery is attempted, please follow the return process rather than refusing the parcel. 
  3. Repeated refusal, false ordering or unreachable delivery attempts may lead to order restrictions or advance-payment requirements for future orders.
